We have shifts available across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends, with sleepovers and active nights also available for the right candidates. Where possible, we’ll match you with consistent clients so you can build trust, routine and continuity of care. What you’ll do Support participants with personal care, daily living, community access, transport, meal support and household routines Encourage communication, confidence, choice and independence in line with each person’s goals Implement Positive Behaviour Support strategies where required Provide safe medication assistance within your training and delegation Complete clear progress notes and escalate changes, risks or incidents promptly Work closely with families, coordinators, nurses and clinicians to deliver connected, person-centred care What you’ll bring Essential Certificate III in Individual Support / Aged Care / Disability (or equivalent/working towards), or significant relevant experience Current First Aid and CPR, or willingness to obtain NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, or ability to obtain Blue Card if required by participant cohort Current Australian driver licence and reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance Confidence using smartphones/apps for rostering and documentation Empathy, resilience and a genuine commitment to person-centred practice Highly regarded Experience in disability, mental health, autism, behaviour support or complex care Availability for weekends, sleepovers and/or active nights Experience supporting people with communication differences, including AAC Pay, perks & conditions $40.00–$78.72 per hour (classification and shift-type dependent, inclusive of relevant penalties) Travel and allowances in line with policy/legislation where applicable Casual, part-time or full-time options available Ready to make an impact?
